• Bust circumference: Measure yourself at the widest part of your bust, holding the centimeter horizontally and not too tightly. Remember to breathe freely.
• Circumference under the bust: Measure yourself directly under the bust, holding the centimeter tightly but comfortably.
• Waist circumference: Measure yourself at the narrowest part of your torso - usually a few centimeters above your belly button. Don't pull your belly in - it's important that the measurement be natural.
• Hip circumference: Measure yourself at the widest point of your hips and buttocks - preferably standing straight with your legs together.
